HunarSaz is hiring two Field Agents to onboard skilled service providers in Lahore. This role involves visiting markets and workshops, introducing providers to the platform, helping them register and complete their profiles, and following up as they begin using HunarSaz.

Responsibilities

• Visit markets, workshops, trade centres, and other provider locations.
• Identify suitable tradespeople and service professionals and explain how HunarSaz works.
• Register interested providers with their knowledge and consent, recording accurate service and contact details.
• Help providers complete their profiles and learn to use the web portal or mobile app.
• Follow up on incomplete profiles and onboarding questions.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, registrations, profile completion, and provider activity.
• Build relationships with local trade communities and share field feedback with the team.
• Meet agreed targets for qualified contacts, registrations, completed profiles, and active providers.

Compensation
Monthly salary based on experience, plus fuel support for assigned fieldwork.
