We are looking for a Social Media Marketing & Telemarketing Executive to enhance our online presence, generate sales leads, engage potential customers, and support business development through digital marketing and telemarketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Ads, for brand awareness and lead generation.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
• Respond to social media inquiries, comments, and customer messages professionally.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce company products and services, and generate sales leads.
• Follow up with prospective customers, communicate product information, and arrange meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain customer and lead databases and update follow-up records.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
