VOKO International Consultant provides visa and immigration guidance to students, families and professionals pursuing opportunities abroad. Based in Lahore, the company supports study visa applications and related documentation for destinations including Canada, Australia, the UK, New Zealand, the USA and other international markets. The Student Counsellor will guide prospective students through study options and application requirements with accurate, responsive service.

Responsibilities

• Understand students’ academic backgrounds, goals and destination preferences, then explain relevant study pathways and application steps.
• Provide clear guidance on institution and program selection, admission requirements, documentation and study visa processes.
• Review application materials for completeness and accuracy, and coordinate follow-up on missing information.
• Prepare students for interviews and application milestones, explaining what to expect without making guarantees about outcomes.
• Maintain organized records of student enquiries, consultations and application progress, while handling personal information discreetly.
• Coordinate with internal colleagues and relevant institutions to keep students informed and support timely case progress.
• Deliver professional consultations in person and through appropriate communication channels, following company procedures and current guidance.
