The Urban SuperMarket is seeking a creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive with graphic design capability to strengthen its online presence and promote its products to customers in Lahore. This role combines hands-on content creation, social channel management and campaign coordination, ensuring that brand communications are engaging, consistent and suited to the supermarket’s audience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, captions, stories and short-form promotional materials.
• Design clear, on-brand digital assets for product promotions, campaigns and seasonal offers.
• Maintain a content calendar and coordinate timely publication across relevant channels.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, monitor performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement and audience response.
• Review trends, customer feedback and competitor activity to suggest relevant content ideas.
• Work with internal teams to confirm product information, campaign details and brand consistency.

This is a Lahore-based, full-time position for a detail-oriented communicator who can balance creative execution with reliable planning and follow-through.
