Job Description

Key Responsibilities of an Amazon Brand Manager:

  • Product Listing Management: Optimize product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
  • Amazon Seller Central: Manage and optimize the Seller Central account, including inventory management, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Content Creation & Optimization: Create and optimize A+ content and Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) to enhance product pages.
  • Brand Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute brand strategies to increase sales and brand visibility on Amazon.
  • Marketing & Advertising: Manage and optimize advertising campaigns (e.g., PPC) to drive traffic and sales.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products and listings.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, including graphic design, product development, and marketing, to ensure brand consistency.

Specific Tasks:

  • Listing Audits: Conduct regular audits of product listings to identify areas for optimization.
  • Pricing Strategies: Develop and implement pricing strategies, manage deals and discounts.
  • New Product Launches: Coordinate new product launches on Amazon, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Supply Chain Management: Ensure a smooth supply chain, especially for products sold under Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA).
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all product pages and Amazon content.
  • Case Management: Manage and resolve issues with Amazon support, including listing suspensions and policy compliance.
  • Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor products and strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and advertising tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing Amazon storefronts or brands.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and online marketing best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research and SEO optimization.
  • Experience with Amazon PPC campaigns and advertising platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
