Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Dropshipping Expert with 5 to 10 years of proven experience, specifically in managing and scaling TikTok Shop stores. The ideal candidate must have an in-depth understanding of product research, platform operations, supplier sourcing, ad campaign management, and overall store performance optimization. Expertise in TikTok Ads is essential, while knowledge of Facebook and Google Ads will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities For Amazon Expert

• Manage and scale TikTok Shop stores end-to-end
• Conduct in-depth product research to identify high-potential, trending items
• Source and negotiate with reliable suppliers for efficient dropshipping
• Strategize, run, and optimize paid campaigns (especially TikTok Ads)
• Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and customer support operations
• Track orders and address customer queries effectively
• Analyze store data and campaign performance for continuous improvement
• Keep up with TikTok trends, algorithms, and industry best practices

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in dropshipping/e-commerce (preferably international markets like the USA)
• Proven hands-on experience with TikTok Shop store operations
• Strong command over TikTok Ads Manager (Facebook/Google Ads experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
• Excellent product research and hunting skills
• Strong data analysis, performance tracking, and campaign optimization capabilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
