About the Role:Amazon Support Specialist
We seek a skilled Amazon Support Specialist to provide clients with reliable support across various technical and tactical tasks. This role requires hands-on experience with Amazon Seller and Vendor Central, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver accurate, timely solutions that help clients succeed on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities For Amazon Support Specialist
- Run, analyze, and summarize Amazon PPC reports to highlight performance trends and provide clients with clear recommendations.
- Create, manage, and upload flat files for bulk product updates and catalog maintenance on behalf of clients.
- Audit client product listings for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with Amazon best practices.
- Optimize product listings for SEO, including keyword research and backend search term enhancements.
- Analyze Seller Central Business Reports and other data sources to deliver actionable insights that support client growth.
- Proactively monitor and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and other account health issues.
- Partner with internal teams and clients to complete tactical tasks that drive account success.
- Maintain organized, client-ready records of tasks, reports, and updates.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to manage expectations and provide timely progress updates.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications Amazon Support Specialist
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, including catalog management, flat file uploads, and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in Amazon PPC campaign reporting and Business Reports analysis to generate actionable insights.
- Strong knowledge of listing creation, SEO optimization, keyword research, and backend term management.
- Experience resolving suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and performance notifications.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data cleaning, report formatting).
- Ability to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions using data-driven insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to clearly explain updates, insights, and recommendations to clients.
- Accuracy in managing product data, compliance requirements, and task execution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.

- Familiarity with third-party Amazon tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, DataHawk).
- Knowledge of Excel macros or Google App Scripts for automating reporting.
- Understanding of Amazon FBA and FBM workflows.
- Exposure to international Amazon marketplaces (EU, UK, CA, MX, JP, etc.).
- Experience supporting brand registry, A+ Content, and Storefront management.
- Knowledge of retail math metrics (ROI, ACOS, TACOS, contribution margin).
