Business Research Analyst

Danescor is a leading provider of M&A data, software, and professional services, operating in the UK, USA, and Western Europe. It provides buy-side and sell-side services to corporates with buy-side activities particularly focused on off-market transactions using its unique deal management platform and proprietary market intelligence database. Danescor works with corporates, private equity firms, advisers, lawyers, corporate financiers and FDD providers.

Responsibilities For Business Research Analyst

• Creating and reviewing company profiles using information gathered by conducting web-based research (websites, regulatory data repositories, articles, and news available on the internet)
• Conducting US/UK/European business development research, including preparing lists of companies that fall under the criteria provided by the Line Manager (UK)
• Conducting high level and detailed audits to ensure business profiles are completed accurately.
• Ability to write detailed and comprehensive company profile utilizing research-based techniques.
• Verifying data accuracy and resolving data entry errors

Qualifications and skills required For Business Research Analyst

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in a business-related field.
• Attention to detail and good written communication skills (English).
• Required to follow a strict code of ethics to protect confidential information.
• The ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Candidates with an understanding of company structures, financial reporting and industry specific knowledge would be preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience obtained from working within an international organization is preferred.
