Role Description

Chai o’Clock is seeking a full-time, on-site Information Technology Assistant for our Islamabad location. The IT Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support, ensuring efficient IT operations, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Additional responsibilities include managing printer support, addressing network connectivity, and assisting with IT-related projects to maintain smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and general Information Technology knowledge
• Experience with Printer Support and Troubleshooting
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Ability to adapt to an on-site work environment in a restaurant setting
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry or hospitality sector is a plus
• An associate degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
