We are a fun modern camera based darts game solution. We are looking for a new IT help desk specialist. Most of the work is chat-based customer support and occasional system testing. Long-term contract, equipment provided, 40 hours work week. Successful tech company with 5+ years, global clients.

The Job

• Provide customer support via WhatsApp chat and manual testing.
• Work daytime hours and collaborate with international colleagues.
• Receive a darts system for testing.

• Fluent English

• Working and understanding a complex software tool.

Good-to-have experiences

• Worked with IT hardware.
• Understanding how networks operate.
