Role: Junior Sales Manager (Full-Time, Remote)
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Junior Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is an ideal role for someone eager to learn the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — and grow into a senior sales leadership position.
You’ll start by supporting and shadowing the founder in client meetings, managing CRM updates, and handling follow-ups. Over time, you’ll progress to running your own sales calls, negotiating contracts, and managing a portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities For Junior Sales Manager
- Identify and research potential clients that match Leadee’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Support and shadow client meetings, taking detailed notes and preparing follow-up actions.
- Manage and update CRM to ensure accurate pipeline tracking.
- Prepare and send proposals, presentations, and case studies to prospects.
- Follow up on leads via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Gradually take ownership of sales calls, from discovery to close.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and lead generation campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets once fully ramped.
Qualifications Required For Junior Sales Manager
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to keep accurate sales records.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Comfortable learning sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn, email automation).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate).
- Experience or internship in B2B sales is a plus, but we welcome motivated fresh graduates with the right mindset.
