Shift: 7 AM – 4 PM PST

Location: Remote

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in outbound calling & appointment setting for the US market

About the Role:

Seeking experienced and results-driven Cold Callers for lead generation in the US market, specifically targeting small businesses in service-based industries. Experience in digital marketing sales is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct 200+ outbound cold calls daily to US small business owners.

● Prospect leads from Yelp, Better Business Bureau, or Google Maps via cold calling.

● Generate a minimum of 3 qualified appointments daily by engaging prospects and identifying interest.

● HVAC

● General Contracting

● Cleaning Services

● Pool Cleaning

Requirements:

● Minimum 2 years of cold calling experience in the US market.

● Proven experience working with small service-based businesses in the US.

● Experience with or understanding of digital marketing services is highly preferred.

● Past experience prospecting from Yelp, Better Business Bureau, and Google Maps.

● Excellent communication and convincing skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency (US clients).

● Knowledge of lead generation funnels, SEO, PPC, or social media marketing.

● Experience using tools like Yelp, BBB, and Google Maps.
