Sales Business Development Executive
Tech Zavvy is a fast-growing technology company specializing in automation, app development, and AI-powered solutions. We are expanding into the AI-powered booking and reminder automation market for small businesses such as gyms, salons, clinics, restaurants, and car washes.
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and helping drive our growth in this new service line. Success in this role means consistently identifying and converting leads into paying clients, meeting monthly sales targets, and building long-term relationships that support Tech Zavvy’s vision of becoming a trusted automation partner for small businesses.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across target industries (gyms, salons, clinics, and other service-based businesses).
- Initiate contact with leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email to build a sales pipeline.
- Deliver product presentations and demos, clearly explaining the value of Tech Zavvy’s automation services.
- Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close new business deals.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and progress using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with management to refine sales strategies and achieve monthly revenue goals.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications For Sales Business Development Executive
- 1–3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in SaaS, software, or digital services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present solutions confidently.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable using CRMs and lead management tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not mandatory.
