The Role at a Glance:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and manage paid search campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Write and test compelling ad copy to improve CTR and Quality Score.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and implement optimization strategies.
  • Generate reports and provide insights on cost per acquisition (CPA), ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics.
  • Manage budgets and pacing to align with client goals and timelines.

Ideal Candidate For Search Engine Marketing Manager

  • 3+ years of experience in managing SEM/PPC campaigns.
  • Proven track record of improving performance through A/B testing, bid strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and keyword tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar).
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and landing page optimization.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
  • Google Ads Certification is a strong plus.
