Social Media Manager (On-Site – Islamabad)

Full-Time | PKR 55,000 | Mid-Level Role

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to join our team in Islamabad. This is a full-time, on-site role — remote or hybrid is not an option.

We’re looking for someone creative, organized, and confident — someone who understands digital storytelling and can execute consistently across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging social media posts (graphics, captions, reels, carousels)

• Plan and schedule content calendars

• Research trending topics and relevant content ideas

• Edit videos (short-form & long-form)

• Record on-screen videos when required

• Coordinate podcast shoots and their social media rollout

• Work closely with the website team for publishing alignment

• Coordinate with the print team for integrated campaigns

• Manage day-to-day social media operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok & YouTube

• Hands-on experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)

• Comfortable being on camera when required

• Strong communication & coordination skills

• Highly organized and deadline-driven

• Must be based in Islamabad (On-site role only)
