Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Head with 5 to 8 years of proven expertise in managing Amazon operations across international marketplaces (US, UK, CA, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end Amazon strategies including product listings, PPC campaigns, FBA/FBM logistics, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Amazon business strategy and daily operations.
• Manage international seller accounts (Amazon US, UK, CA, etc.).
• Optimize listings: titles, keywords, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content.
• Oversee PPC campaigns and improve ROAS.
• Handle FBA/FBM inventory planning, shipment coordination, and returns.
• Ensure account health and resolve any policy or performance issues.
• Analyze competition, market trends, and customer behavior.
• Lead and manage a team of Amazon specialists and support staff.
• Provide detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements For Amazon Head

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, SEO, advertising tools, and data analytics.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and improving account performance.
• Proficient in Helium10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and related tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
