Job Description

We are hiring an Amazon Customer Support Representative to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce customer support, specifically handling Amazon Seller/Customer inquiries, order management, and dispute resolution. You will ensure seamless customer experiences while maintaining Amazon’s performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Amazon-related customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat (e.g., order issues, returns, refunds, product listings).
  • Resolve A-to-Z claims, chargebacks, and negative feedback to protect seller metrics.
  • Escalate complex issues to Amazon Seller Support when needed.
  • Maintain Amazon Seller Central/VC knowledge (FBA/FBM, Buy Box, inventory health).
  • Meet Amazon’s response time & customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
  • Document interactions in CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
  • Stay updated on Amazon policies, promotions, and compliance changes.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years in e-commerce/call center roles, with Amazon support experience highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Amazon’s buyer/seller policies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle Amazon-specific issues (e.g., late shipments, product authenticity).
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work in 24/7 shifts (if applicable).
