Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Data Analyst to join our team at PWD Islamabad on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by analyzing extensive datasets and optimizing workflows. This position demands strong technical expertise, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Power Query, as well as experience managing listing operations across multiple e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain data integrity while driving actionable insights to enhance business performance.Key Responsibilities
The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales and operational data to uncover trends and generate insights that inform strategic decisions. You will assign and oversee listing projects across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely and accurate updates. This includes performing manual modifications to records or listings, such as updates and deletions, as necessary.Proficiency in Excel is essential, including the use of formulas, lookups, and pivot tables, alongside Power Query for data cleaning, transformation, and reporting tasks. You will prepare regular reports and dashboards to keep internal stakeholders informed about performance metrics and emerging trends.Effective communication is vital, as you will liaise with vendors and clients via email to coordinate updates and resolve any issues promptly. Maintaining accuracy and consistency across datasets and systems is critical to uphold data integrity. Additionally, you will stay abreast of process changes and ensure all documentation is current to support smooth operational workflows.Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst role or a similar analytical position. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Query is required for efficient data manipulation and reporting. The ability to work confidently with both structured and unstructured data sets is essential.Attention to detail and accuracy, especially when performing repetitive tasks, is a must. Excellent written communication skills are required to handle professional email correspondence effectively. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with product listing data management is highly desirable. Familiarity with bulk upload templates or feed management tools will be considered an advantage. The role operates during evening hours, from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, to align with business needs.We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs90,000. Candidates should be willing to work on the road as part of the job requirements and be prepared to relocate if necessary.
