Marketing Executive
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential customers through paid advertising, email campaigns, content marketing, and social media.
- Identify and target high-value customer segments using data-driven insights and market research.
- Optimize lead capture processes (e.g., landing pages, forms, CTAs) to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads, prioritize follow-ups, and ensure a seamless handoff from marketing to sales.
- Monitor lead quality and quantity metrics, refining strategies to improve ROI and pipeline contribution.
- Craft compelling value propositions and messaging for our products/services that resonate with target audiences.
- Create and manage go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, support sales and customer engagement.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, positioning opportunities, and differentiation points for our products.
- Work closely with the product team to understand features, benefits, and use cases, translating them into customer-centric marketing materials.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote products and generate leads.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Pixel, and marketing automation software to track campaign performance and measure success.
- Continuously analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimize for better results.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, email subject lines, and landing pages to enhance performance.
Job Requirements For Marketing Executive
- 16 years of education
- Proven experience in Marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and product marketing.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing lead generation campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Strong understanding of product marketing principles, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives around products and services.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions.
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the Pakistani market and an understanding of local consumer behavior is a plus.
